Victor Loyau

Victor is a Director in the Zurich office of Options Group, specializing in senior-level hiring across the asset and wealth management industry. He brings over a decade of front-line experience from leading global institutions, including AXA Investment Managers, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and Oddo Asset Management.

Victor combines deep sector expertise with a comprehensive understanding of the investment value chain, spanning product strategy, distribution, and client engagement. In his most recent role as Chief of Staff to the Head of Sales, he served as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, supporting commercial strategy and organizational transformation.

His expertise includes institutional and wholesale distribution models, ESG integration, and international business expansion. He is known for his ability to connect stakeholders, align teams around strategic priorities, and translate complex business objectives into actionable outcomes, an approach he now applies to executive search.

Victor is fluent in English, French, and Danish, and holds degrees from Warwick University and Sciences Po.
Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, spending time with his two children, and escaping to the mountains whenever possible.
